 Not Receiving your Bear Tracks Email
Email applications, internet security software and spam blockers make it increasingly difficult for our emails to successfully reach your inbox. Our emails are sent to a large distribution list and are often considered to be junk mail. In an effort to prevent our emails falling into your Junk Mail or Bulk Mail folders please add the below email addresses to the 'safe list' in your Spam blocking, internet security software, or email application:

If you use Microsoft Outlook to read email you can 'Create a Rule' using the "Rules and Alert" feature from the “Tools Menu” and put our emails in the folder of your choice.
During the school year if your email changes or your child changes school simply use the "Update Profile/Email Address" link that is at the bottom of every email sent out.
Do NOT use the Safe Unsubscribe link unless you have moved out of the Scotts Valley Union School District. This email service is used by the school district to communicate with parents. Unsubscribing from the VHS mailings will remove you from all SVUSD email distribution lists.
